Perfect butt workout

This workout is by Pop Pilates. It is a super workout that I would do 3 times a week to get a nice effect. My butt is my problem area. After doing this for two weeks I can see a slight change and I like it.

It is only 18 minutes so you can do it in the morning or before you go to bed :)
Your ass will thank you in a couple of weeks.
