Yoga and Jogging

Yay!!! I have started jogging two times a week and yoga 3 times a week. My new rule is 5 times a week
for 30 min.

I wake up 6.30 am so I have time to workout before school. I have been doing this for two weeks now and I look more toned already. It's amazing !!

I hope I have the energy to keep this up. I will try my best to.
I feel lighter and less stressful.

So yeah if you don't work out " Go for a walk " " Try something new like tennis or Yoga "
